Meal Prep Monday - 7 tips to help you tackle it like a pro
When I used to do your meal prep, did you ever walk into your kitchen thinking, "It looks like she is preparing for war?" Lol. If the sight of me prepping your kitchen for meal prep ever startled you, I want to apologize. Truth is, staying organized, keeping your kitchen tidy, staying on track, and measuring food out can be a challenge. But if you know how to tackle it, you can do this like a pro. Getting the kitchen ready is just as important as getting the food ready.
First come up with a plan. Are you going to meal prep based on what foods you already have , are you shopping the sales, or doing a little bit of both?
Don't overwhelm yourself or your appliances trying to cook several dishes in the oven or stovetop all at one time. Varying the appliances you use can give you some excitement with the foods during the week.
I don't think I ever put your menu on the fridge, I always emailed it to you. But in hindsight, this could have been helpful for family members that were not part of the menu planning.
